Deliverables
What's actually included
Every deliverable, itemised by level: the £495 audit, then Visibility, Recommendation and Dominate. Also itemised: the things we leave out on purpose, and the reasons. If you're comparing us against a £400-a-month package, the section at the bottom is the one to read first, it's the honest account of why the gap exists and when the cheaper option is genuinely the right call.

How we structure the work
Four layers, delivered in this order. The order matters more than the contents.
Foundation, can machines reach, parse and understand your content?
Extraction, can they lift a clean, correct answer out of it?
Evidence, is there anything in your content worth retrieving?
Authority, has the model learned your brand at all?
Most packages in this market do Foundation and Extraction thoroughly, then describe Authority in a single bullet point. That's the wrong way round. Ahrefs, across 75,000 brands, found branded mentions correlate 0.664 with AI visibility against 0.218 for backlinks. The layer everyone treats as a footnote is the one carrying the strongest signal.
The AI Visibility Audit: £495 one-off
The front door. Stands entirely alone, credited in full against your first month if you start within 30 days.
Measurement
- Your current citation position across all major engines on 25 defined prompts, with screenshot evidence
- What the machines currently say about your business: tone, accuracy, anything out of date
- Which providers are named in your place, and why
Technical and entity review
- AI crawler accessibility check: GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, Google-Extended, Bingbot
- Bing indexation check (ChatGPT retrieves through Bing; most sites have never been looked at)
- Existing schema inventory and validity
- Record consistency: does your site, your directories, your review platforms and Companies House all say the same thing? Contradictions are the most common reason a model stays vague
Deliverables
- A twelve-month roadmap: the questions worth owning, in the order worth owning them
- Delivered in five working days, in plain English, yours to keep whether you hire us or not
Visibility: £1,250/month
The promise: you exist to the machines. One service, one location.
Measurement, every month
- 30 to 40 high-intent prompts, agreed with you, covering both the person who doesn't yet know they need you and the person choosing between providers
- Tracked monthly across ChatGPT, Google's AI surfaces and Perplexity, with screenshot evidence
- The report states where you appear, and who appears in your place where you don't
Entity foundation
- Schema across your page types: Organization, Person, Service, FAQPage, LocalBusiness as applicable
- Named-person entities: the humans behind the business made machine-readable, because models cite people as readily as brands
- Record consistency corrected across directories, review platforms and professional listings
Content, 8 knowledge assets per month
- Each answers one real question from your question bank, in your voice
- Answer-first: a complete standalone answer in the opening lines
- Each carries something original: proprietary knowledge, first-party evidence or a real opinion. Nothing ships that only restates what's already online
- Reviewed, dated, published on your domain
Plus
- Google Business Profile discipline: weekly activity, category correctness, review prompting cadence, attribute completeness
- Monthly report and review call with Simon
Recommendation: £1,995/month
The promise: you're on the shortlist. Up to three services across three locations, architected so they don't cannibalise each other. Everything in Visibility, plus:
Deeper measurement
- 100 to 120 prompts tracked fortnightly, adding Gemini, Claude and Copilot to the panel
- Fortnightly competitor citation analysis: who's being named, on which prompts, and what's changed
Third-party citation building
- An active programme across professional bodies, sector directories, regional press, review platforms and referral relationships
- Placements earned individually, in the sources the engines already retrieve from
- Verification that placements are actually being picked up
Content and authority
- 15 knowledge assets a month, including the full early-question set your competitors ignore
- Named-person authority building: verified bios, authored answers, quoted commentary
- A fortnightly working session with Simon
Dominate: £3,495/month
The promise: you are the answer. Unlimited services and locations in agreed scope, with area exclusivity in your category and catchment, which is why this level is capped. Everything in Recommendation, plus:
Full-panel monitoring
- 250+ prompts, monitored weekly across all engines
- Live dashboard, plus weekly reporting and a quarterly on-site
- Competitor displacement campaigns on named prompts
Editorial and original data
- An editorial placement programme across regional and professional press
- Your own original data asset, published annually under your name: the asset that gets cited rather than the asset that cites
- 30 fully researched knowledge assets a month, each filling an identified gap
Onboarding and build: £995 one-off
Every retainer starts here: entity architecture, schema build, record verification, baseline measurement and question-bank construction. Waived entirely on a twelve-month commitment.
What we don't include, and why
This is the section worth reading twice, because it's where most of the price difference lives.
Bulk backlink packages
You will see "60 high-DA backlinks per month" on cheaper proposals. There is no legitimate way to source sixty links a month at that price. It's private blog networks, paid placements or link farms, and it breaches Google's link spam policies.
Two further points. DA and PA are proprietary third-party metrics, not Google signals, a provider selling by DA is selling by a number Google doesn't use. And on the evidence, links are the weaker lever anyway: 0.218 correlation with AI visibility against 0.664 for branded mentions.
We build citations through legitimate placement, individually. That's what earned inclusion actually looks like.
Bought brand mentions
Sometimes described as "entity authority building" and sold alongside bulk links. Same mechanism, same eventual bill.
llms.txt as a deliverable
Cyrus Shepard's 2026 synthesis scored 23 citation factors across 54 studies, patents and experiments. llms.txt came last, at 2.0 out of 10, with no credible evidence of effect in any source. Google has said it won't use it. We'll create one for free. It won't appear on an invoice.
HowTo and Speakable schema
Google withdrew HowTo rich-result support in 2023. Speakable was only ever available to news publishers in specific programmes. Both still appear on deliverables lists across this market, which tells you those lists were assembled from old blog posts rather than current practice.
Derivative content at volume
The public record is consistent: sites that scaled AI-generated restatement climbed steeply and then declined further and for longer once Google's spam systems caught up. Our originality gate is deliberate, and if a month's gaps can't be filled with something real, we publish less that month and tell you why.
Guaranteed rankings, citations or share of voice
A single measurement in these systems carries a wide margin of error. Guaranteeing an outcome inside that variance is either innumeracy or dishonesty.
Why we cost more than a £400/month package
Fair question, and it deserves a straight answer rather than a defensive one.
Because the deliverable is different. A £400 package sells inputs: number of posts, number of links, number of listings. We sell being named inside AI answers, evidenced with screenshots against the same defined prompts, every cycle, every engine. Those are different products that happen to share a category name.
Because measurement with evidence is expensive. Tracking a defined prompt set across multiple engines on a fixed cadence, with screenshots, is real labour. Most reporting in this market is a handful of ad-hoc checks with a trend line drawn through them. If a supplier can't show you the screenshots, they aren't measuring, they're describing.
Because the content standard is slow. Requiring something original in every knowledge asset means research, interviews and review, not a template. Volume without information gain is the failure mode that got brands penalised.
Because we don't buy links. That removes the cheapest way to appear busy.
Because you get a thirty-year practitioner rather than a process. Which is a claim, not a proof, so read the dated public record going back to 2019 and judge it.
When the cheaper option is genuinely right
Three situations. I'd rather say so than have you find out later.
Your technical fundamentals are neglected. If your site is slow, badly structured and missing basic schema, a competent technical package at £400 will do you more good than our measurement will. Fix the foundation first, with anyone.
You want deliverables, not outcomes. If what you need is content published and listings created, and you'll judge success on activity, buy the cheaper package. You'll get more of it.
Your budget is genuinely constrained. Under about £500 a month, the honest answer is a monitoring tool, a properly finished Google Business Profile and a review process. We'll show you how in the £299 consultation and you'll capture most of the available value in local search.
The one situation where cheap is the wrong choice: if anyone's proposal includes bulk backlinks or bought mentions, the price stops being the relevant question. You're buying a risk to your existing search performance, and it usually surfaces a year later when it's expensive to unwind.
Comparing two proposals properly
Put them side by side and ask about each one:
| Ask | What a good answer sounds like |
|---|---|
| The difference between AEO and GEO | A clear answer, not a shrug. If they conflate them, keep walking |
| Citation tracking evidence | Screenshots against a defined prompt set, same prompts every cycle, every engine |
| Link acquisition method | Individually earned placements, named targets, not bulk packages |
| Content quality gate | An originality standard, not just a page count |
| A failed intervention | An actual example, with dates |
| llms.txt | Free or absent, not a headline deliverable |
| Third-party authority work | Something substantive, not one bullet. If they say it doesn't matter, it's usually because they can't do it |
| Schema | An ongoing discipline, not a one-off setup |
A provider offering more deliverables for less money isn't necessarily worse. But if they can't answer the first, second and fifth, the extra volume is either low-value or actively risky.
FAQ
Dominate publishes 30 knowledge assets a month. Isn't that the content volume you warn against?
Fair challenge, and the honest answer is that volume was never the problem, emptiness was. The sites that collapsed scaled derivative content: pages restating what was already online. Every knowledge asset we publish, at any level, has to carry something original, proprietary knowledge, first-party evidence or a real opinion, and gets human review before it ships. At Visibility that standard supports eight a month for one service in one location. At Dominate the scope is unlimited and each asset fills a specific identified gap, which is what makes thirty possible without going hollow. The day we can't fill a gap with something real, we publish less that month and tell you why.
Do you do link building?
We build citations, individually earned placements in sources the engines already retrieve from. We don't sell bulk backlink packages, because sixty links a month at commodity prices means link schemes, and because branded mentions correlate roughly three times more strongly with AI visibility than links do.
A cheaper provider offers more deliverables. Are they lying?
Probably not lying, delivering a different product. Their unit is activity; ours is being named, evidenced with screenshots against the same defined prompts every cycle. Ask both of us the questions in the comparison table and compare the answers rather than the lists.
Can I buy just the parts I need?
The £495 audit stands alone and is designed to. On the ongoing levels, measurement is not optional, without it there's no way to tell whether anything we do works, which makes the rest unaccountable.
Do you white-label or subcontract?
The work is delivered under our own name. Where specialist tooling or capacity is involved, it sits behind our process and we remain the single point of accountability for the deliverable.
